these terms govern your purchase and use of belowbark — a downloadable, printable training and management system sold by belowbark ("we", "us"). by buying or downloading any file from belowbark you agree to what's below.

what you're buying

belowbark is a set of digital PDF files for personal use by one household. after checkout you get an instant download link and a backup link by email. files are yours to print and use for your own dog or dogs in your home.

license

• you may print as many copies as you need for your own household.
• you may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or republish the files in any form.
• you may not use the files to train other people's dogs commercially without a written license from us.
• all content, layout, copy, and design remain our intellectual property.

no refunds

because belowbark is a digital download delivered instantly, all sales are final. once the files are accessible to you, the purchase cannot be refunded. please read the package descriptions on the homepage carefully before buying. if a file fails to download or the link is broken, email us and we'll get you a working copy.

not veterinary or medical advice

belowbark is an educational training and management system. it is not veterinary care, medical advice, or a substitute for a board-certified veterinary behaviorist. if your dog has bitten, is self-harming, or is in distress, please consult a qualified professional.
